Floral Materials and Design
Every bouquet is unique. Due to the natural state of fresh flowers, the actual arrangement may differ slightly from the photos.
The viewing period for Phalaenopsis orchids is approximately one month; however, depending on the variety, this period may be longer or shorter. Please care for them accordingly to extend their blooming.
As fresh flowers and plants are perishable products, minor damage or abrasions may occur during production and delivery. Such slight imperfections are considered acceptable.
In the event of a shortage of a specific color or variety, we will substitute with a similar one to ensure the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the design. No prior notification will be given regarding such substitutions.
Card and Care Guidelines
We offer a card printing service. Please provide your message during checkout, and our team will professionally handle the layout and style—rest assured, it’s in good hands!
A care instruction card is included with every delivery, so you don’t need to worry about how to take care of your flowers. For more details, please refer to the "Product Care Instructions".
Delivery Method
For areas within the Greater Taipei area: Orders will be delivered on the same day by Lalamove courier or by our staff.
For areas farther out in Taipei or in other counties: Orders will be shipped via Black Cat Delivery on the day prior to the delivery date. (Please note that delivery on Sundays or Mondays cannot be specified, as it depends on the driver's route. We recommend arranging for an earlier delivery if needed.)

Accuracy of Delivery Information
Please ensure that you provide the correct recipient name and phone number, and that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or inability to contact the recipient, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted, and the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
