Order Cancellation / Modification Policy:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, card message, or delivery address, please notify us no later than 12:00 PM, five days before the scheduled delivery date.
(Example: For an order scheduled for delivery on June 8, the latest time to request changes is June 3, 12:00 PM.)
If the request is made after the deadline or if materials have already been purchased, we will be unable to cancel, refund, or modify the order due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the customized production process.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We strictly inspect all products prior to shipment. However, if you discover any of the following issues upon receiving your order:
The product is defective or damaged.
The product received is different from what was ordered (e.g., ordered a pink bouquet but received a white one).
Damage occurred during delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through LINE (@923nrobo) / our website messenger / Email, and provide photos of the product upon arrival.
In addition, within 2 days for fresh flowers / 7 days for non-floral items such as potted plants, if severe deterioration occurs (excluding improper storage such as exposure to heat or poor ventilation), exchanges may be processed depending on the situation.
Return or exchange will only be accepted if the above conditions are met and will be processed as an exchange for a non-defective product or a refund (the actual method will be provided, notified, and coordinated by our company).
If you fail to notify us within the required timeframe, we will not be able to process return or exchange requests.
Our company reserves the right to make the final judgment on whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged and may decline return or exchange requests.
Reasons Not Eligible for Return / Exchange:
Aside from product quality issues or errors caused by our company, we will not accept return requests arising from customer, third-party, governmental, or other external causes. Our company reserves the right to decline such requests.
a. Customer-related reasons
Including but not limited to:
Realizing after purchase that the item is no longer needed or not liked.
The item was purchased as a gift but the recipient does not like it.
Incorrect contact information (phone, email, delivery address) provided, resulting in failed contact or misdelivery.
Flowers or plants deteriorated due to lack of proper care, causing moisture damage, mold, discoloration, or breakage.
Fresh flowers and plants are perishable items; minor imperfections, bruising, or natural variation during production and delivery are considered normal and not valid reasons for return.
Natural variation in flower or plant shapes does not constitute a defect.
※ Return requests based on subjective reasons (such as preference, perceived color differences, aesthetic judgment, size expectations, scent, branch shape, etc.) will not be accepted.
b. Issues caused by logistics companies
Including but not limited to:
Delivery delays due to weather or force majeure (e.g., Black Cat delivery may occasionally delay 2–3 days). Please schedule deliveries earlier when necessary.
Returns / exchanges or reshipments will not be provided for delays caused by third-party logistics.
c. Other reasons
Including but not limited to:
Recipient unable or unwilling to receive the package.
Recipient not present at the specified time or location.
Discount codes not applied at checkout.
Price adjustments due to changes in material costs.
Due to fluctuating flower supply, substitutions of similar flowers may be made to maintain the design’s integrity and beauty, without prior notice.
As we cannot guarantee all flowers will be identical to photos or samples, please order only if you accept that 100% exact replication is not possible.
※ In cases involving improper return requests, false claims, defamation, threats, or similar misconduct, our company may take necessary legal action.
Refund Fees & Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will begin the refund process.
Refund amount will be 90% of the original product price, minus a NT$15 bank transfer fee.
Original shipping fees and remittance charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for approved returns/exchanges will be covered by our company.
Refunds typically take 7–12 business days to complete.
※ Refunds can only be issued to Taiwan domestic bank accounts. We are unable to transfer refunds to overseas accounts.
