We offer both in-store pickup and delivery services.

➤ In-Store Pickup

・ TAMAYA Store

Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. You can specify the pickup date and time when placing your order.

➤ Home Delivery

(Not available for outlying islands and overseas)

・ 黑貓宅急便 Refrigerated Delivery

You can specify the delivery time from Tuesday to Saturday. Please note that Black Cat does not deliver on Sundays, so Sunday deliveries cannot be scheduled.

Additionally, there's a two-day waiting period for delivery after receiving on Saturday. Therefore, to maintain the quality of floral gifts, Monday deliveries cannot be arranged. We apologize for any inconvenience.

・ Express Delivery(Limited to Taipei and New Taipei areas)

Ordered items will be delivered to your home by Lalamove. Free delivery is available in the following areas:

Taipei City｜Zhongzheng District, Zhongshan District, Datong District, Songshan District, Neihu District, Xinyi District, Wanhua District, Da'an District, Shilin District, Xizhi District

New Taipei City｜Banqiao District, Zhonghe District, Yonghe District, Sanchong District

・ Same-Day Delivery

For urgent orders on the same day, please contact us to confirm the order details before placing your order. No additional urgent fee will be charged, but the floral materials will be based on available stock on the same day.

Upon confirming the payment, we will promptly prepare your order and arrange same-day delivery to the specified location.

・ International Shipping

We are unable to ship to countries or regions outside Taiwan.

※The following situations might affect the normal shipping time:

a. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in non-delivery or delayed shipment.

b. Temporary out-of-stock items will be promptly communicated to you for refund processing.
