■ Delivery Postponement & Address Changes
If you need to pause deliveries or change the delivery address for a particular week, please notify our official LINE account 【@923nrobo】 no later than 12:00 PM, five days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
For example, for a delivery scheduled on June 8, notice must be provided by 12:00 PM on June 3.

■ Additional Charges & Zone Selection Adjustments
Extra charges may apply or compensation may not be granted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect zone selection: e.g., selecting Zone A when the correct zone is Zone B (such as Nangang District), incurs an additional NT$200 fee.
- Address relocation: e.g., changing the delivery address from Zone A (Zhongshan District) to Zone C (Taichung City) incurs a NT$400 surcharge. Please note that refunds for price differences will not be issued for deliveries moving from Zone C to Zone A.
If no changes are communicated in advance, delivery will proceed as scheduled.
Each 4-week plan may be postponed once only, for 1 to 4 weeks. This deferral option cannot be accumulated or applied multiple times.
■ Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription after placing your order; however, no refunds will be issued.
We do not accept returns under the following (but not limited to) circumstances:
- Items have been processed or trimmed.
- Unable to provide valid proof of damage or error.
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., differences in perceived color or shape).
- Improper storage causing quality issues (e.g., placed in humid or high-temperature environments).

■ Quality Guarantee
We strive to handle all floral materials with care during delivery. However, minor damages may occur due to vibration or handling during transport.
If flowers arrive damaged or the packaging is significantly dented or torn, please take a photo and include your order number within 1 day of delivery.
After confirming damage, we will send a replacement. For Zone C customers (outer Taipei and other counties), replacements will be delivered the following week and may be shipped together with the scheduled flower bundle.
Replacements will not be provided for natural imperfections or acceptable blemishes.
■ Delivery Zones & Methods
Please select your delivery zone accordingly:
• Zone A (Taipei): Zhongshan, Datong, Neihu, Xinyi, Songshan, Daan, Zhongzheng
• Zone B(Taipei): Nangang, Beitou, Wanhua, Wenshan, Shilin, Xinzhuang, Xindian, Luzhou, Banqiao, Xizhi, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Sanchong
• Zone C: Areas outside Taipei/New Taipei or Taipei districts not mentioned above (excluding offshore or non-serviceable regions)
Delivery Method:
• Zone A & B (Taipei area): Same-day delivery via Lalamove or store courier.
• Zone C (outer areas): Shipped the day before via Yamato (Takkyubin) delivery service.
Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays between 10:00–18:00, and exact times cannot be specified.
Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or traffic issues.
■ Flower Materials & Design
Each flower is naturally unique; actual bouquets may differ slightly from photos.
Flowers typically last 5–10 days, depending on variety and environment. Proper care may extend this period.
Minor imperfections during processing or transport are considered normal for fresh products.
We do not accept requests for specific flowers, packaging styles, or sizes. Arrangements are crafted based on seasonal availability and design discretion.
■ Care Instructions
• Remove wilted leaves or petals regularly.
• For individual stems, gently pull them out. If there are multiple blossoms, remove only the wilted ones.
• Change water frequently and trim stems diagonally to encourage hydration.
■ Placement Recommendations
Place flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and air conditioning drafts to prolong freshness.
■ Greeting Cards & Care Guide
We offer printed cards. Design and layout are professionally handled by our team — feel free to leave it to us.
A care and flower material card is included with each delivery, so you can enjoy without worry. For more details, see the "Product Care Guide."
■ Accuracy of Recipient Information & Delivery Failures
Please ensure that the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address are correct, and that they are available to receive the delivery.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once returned, the item can be picked up in-store or re-delivered with additional shipping payment.
