About the Products

Will the ordered products look exactly like the pictures?
As fresh flowers are natural materials, even the same variety may be adjusted according to the daily availability of flowers to showcase its most beautiful appearance. Also, due to seasonal changes, market supply, and the condition of the stock at the time of purchase, adjustments may be made. In case of market shortages or poor flower conditions, we will substitute with same-season flowers without any further notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Are greeting cards included?
All products come with a free blank greeting card, and we can also help write the message upon request. If you need assistance with the message, please inform us of the content of the card when placing your order, including the header, body, greeting, and footer.
Do table flowers come with a vase?
Both flower arrangements and table flowers come with a vase, so you don't have to worry about the recipient not having a vase. If you have specific color or style requirements for the vase, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
What if the recipient doesn't have a vase at home?
We suggest changing the order to table flowers or our flower bouquet and vase set. You can also refer to our YouTube channel and use the containers at home to take care of the received flowers.

What if there is a difference between the flowers received and the pictures shown on the website?
Due to seasonal conditions, the appearance of the flowers may differ slightly. Also, during the delivery process, there may be some turbulence that affects the flowers' appearance. We suggest providing enough water to the flowers after receiving them, and they will recover to their most beautiful state after about two to three hours.

 About Delivery

How long does it take to deliver?
Flowers:
Currently, we use a dedicated delivery service in the Taipei and New Taipei City areas. Unless it's a special holiday, the delivery time is approximately one to three hours.
Potted Plants:
We ship them in normal temperature packaging. However, if you need a gift or have an urgent order in the Taipei and New Taipei City areas, we can arrange a dedicated delivery service for you. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Orchids:
Due to the fragile nature of orchid plants, we suggest using the dedicated delivery service in certain areas of Taipei and New Taipei City to reduce the risk of damage to the orchids. If you have ordering needs in other areas, we will do our best to package them properly and send them out via Black Cat Delivery. However, orchid petals are delicate, and transportation may cause them to fall off or damage the item during transit. Please be aware of this delivery risk before placing an order.
How do you calculate delivery areas/fees?
Free shipping for orders over NT$2,000.
We offer logistics delivery services (normal/low temperature) that are not limited to any area, as well as dedicated delivery services in certain areas of Taipei and New Taipei City.
Can I place an order on the same day?
We recommend placing an order three days before you need the floral gift and completing the payment. This is to allow for flower preparation time. If you need an urgent order on the same day, please contact us to confirm the order details before placing the order. There are no additional fees for urgent orders, but the flowers will be prepared with available flowers of the day. Once we confirm payment, we will make it as soon as possible and deliver it to the specified location on the same day via a dedicated courier service.
※ Dedicated delivery service for flowers is limited to certain areas in Taipei and New Taipei City.
What if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at home or cannot be contacted, resulting in the inability to receive the flowers, the logistics fee for returning the item will be charged. If you require a second delivery, you will be charged a new logistics fee for the redelivery.If the time interval for redelivery is too long and results in the need to re-prepare the flowers, the cost of the product will be charged again.

Can I customize my order?
Yes, all of our products can be customized to fit your specific needs. Please feel free to contact us via private message, phone, email, or mail to discuss your desired color scheme, size, budget, or any other requirements.

 Changing / Canceling Orders

Can I make changes to my order, such as the content of the card or the delivery address?
Yes, changes can be made to your order as long as they are made at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date. However, for urgent same-day orders, changes cannot be made due to time constraints.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations can be made up to three days prior to the scheduled delivery date during our store hours (10:00am to 7:00pm).
For example, if you wish to cancel an order scheduled for delivery on the 4th, please contact us before 6:00pm on the 1st. A refund, minus any transaction fees, will be issued to you. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this time.
Can I return my order?
Due to the natural materials used in our arrangements, the appearance may differ slightly from the photos. Although we take every precaution to ensure that our arrangements are not damaged during delivery, slight creases or damage to fragile blossoms may occur. Returns are not accepted unless the overall appearance of the arrangement is significantly impacted. If you have any concerns or notice any significant damage upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.
